Carlo Fedrigoli is a member of the Madrid Law bar and he specializes in EU and International banking and financial regulation. Between 2001 and 2003 Carlo worked at Unicredito Gestione Crediti, the special servicer for securitization of Unicredit Group, where he gained experience in securitization and asset backed securities.

In 2004, Carlo moved to Citigroup in London as a compliance specialist for their Global Transaction Service department, looking after securities distribution restrictions, shareholder rights exercise and general corporate governance issues on a multiple jurisdictions level.

After one and a half years at Citigroup, Carlo worked as a compliance consultant specializing in MiFID implementation and in 2007 he collaborated with the MiFID implementation team of Deloitte, and he was involved in multiple MiFID projects for banking and financial institutions including Dresdner and Insinger de Beaufort.

Hassan Nasser is the Compliance and Inspection Director of Dubai Multi Commodities Centre, Dubai, UAE.

DMCC is a strategic initiative of the Dubai Government created to establish a commodity place in Dubai. Rated 'A' by Standard & Poor’s, it provides industry specific market infrastructure and a full range of facilities and commodities trading platforms and exchanges for the gold & precious metals, diamonds & colored stones, energy and other commodities industries.

In this role Hassan monitors the process of approval and oversight of companies registered and licensed by DMCC. This is to ensure strict adherence to national laws and regulations, international standards and AML/CFT DMCC policies and procedures that he has developed.

Hassan's department monitors DMCC members’ activities by reviewing their financial performances and assessing their credit worthiness. It also carries out on-site physical inspections to ensure that members' activities are undertaken in line with regulatory standards and in accordance with their pre-established plans.

Hassan also conducts compliance and risk management awareness and training programs for management, employees and members.

Hassan is a risk management, anti-money laundering, and CFT (combating the financing of terrorism) expert with an MBA in Risk Management. He is a Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).

Prior to joining DMCC, Hassan worked in various positions at the Arab International Bank in Egypt, rising to become Senior Compliance Officer, a position that he held for five years. He established a Compliance Unit at the bank, including AML/CFT/FP policies, procedures and controls. He was also head of the Basel II steering committee, responsible for the necessary restructuring of the bank in order to comply with international risk-management requirements.

In this capacity, Hassan developed a set of Basel II-oriented policies in credit, market and operational risks, risk-based auditing and a risk management framework.

Hassan also lectures on different banking topics including risk management and, in particular, Basel II, money laundering, CFT, corporate governance, fraud prevention and trade financing.

A graduate of Emmanuel College, Cambridge, Mr. Oliver was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in April 1979. He has gained professional experience in a variety of capacities, including a period of three years working for the Hong Kong Government from 1982 to 1985. Mr. Oliver has worked in the financial services field since 1986 with the majority of his experience being in the capacity of Director of Legal and Regulatory Compliance at two of the derivative exchanges in London, during which time he gained significant exposure to the evolution of the regulation of exchanges and markets and clearing houses at domestic, EU and international levels."
